Where is my order shipped from?
Your selected products are shipped from two different warehouses: one in Los Angeles, CA and one in Hong Kong. These two warehouses are independent and separate. The product page of your chosen item will specify which warehouse it is shipped from and how it is shipped.
Los Angeles, CA Warehouse - Domestic US Shipping:
The processing and preparation time for products shipped from this warehouse within the US mainland is 1-2 days.
How long does shipping take?
After your selected products are carefully prepared, they are shipped to the address you provided.
We generally use USPS Priority and First Class as shipping companies, and delivery takes 4-5 days.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped. Order cancellations or changes are not possible after the order has been placed.
Hong Kong Warehouse - USA Shipping:
The processing and preparation time for products shipped from this warehouse within the US mainland is 3-5 days.
How long does shipping take?
Selected products are carefully prepared in our Hong Kong warehouse and then shipped to the address you provided. We generally use Yun Express for shipping from Hong Kong to the USA via customs, and after customs clearance, We use USPS or UniUni for delivery.
Products arrive in the USA within 2 days of being shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse and are delivered to your address after customs clearance. All shipping, customs procedures, and delivery take approximately 7 days. You can find detailed information on your product page.
For products shipped from both of our warehouses, the estimated delivery dates shown when you complete your order include processing times. Weekends and public holidays are not included in processing and shipping times, so please consider non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24 business hours of shipment.
Customs and Taxes:
There are no extra customs or tax payments on shipments from our Hong Kong warehouse to the USA.
There are no shipping or tax payments on shipments from our Hong Kong warehouse to Canada, the UK, Germany, Spain, and Italy.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping from our Los Angeles, CA and Hong Kong warehouses:
Products selected from these warehouses are only shipped to Canada, the UK, Germany, Spain, and Italy.
Order preparation and shipping takes 2-3 days.
After shipping, delivery time varies depending on the destination country and generally takes 5-10 days.

How long does shipping take?
Customs and Taxes:
From our Hong Kong warehouse:
There are no shipping or tax charges for shipments to Canada, the UK, Germany, Spain, and Italy.
From our Los Angeles, CA warehouse:
For shipments to the UK, Germany, Spain, and Italy, international taxes and customs duties are the customer's responsibility. These are not included in or calculated in the shipping cost. The customer is responsible for customs fees applied by their country.
LOST PACKAGES
If your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace it with new ones if the items are still available. If replacement is not possible, we will refund the cost of your order and shipping fees. However, we cannot issue a refund if the shipping company confirms delivery to the correct address.
